Roma Arte in Nuvola: What’s New in the Sixth Edition

Roma Arte in Nuvola returns for its sixth edition from 20 to 22 November 2026
The capital’s international modern and contemporary art fair brings a host of exciting new features, over 140 Italian and international galleries, Germany as Guest Country, and the participation of the Italian Ministry of Culture through some of its most prominent museums and cultural institutions.

Rome, 17 July 2026 – Roma Arte in Nuvola, the capital’s major international modern and contemporary art fair, returns from 20 to 22 November 2026. Conceived and directed by Alessandro Nicosia and promoted by EUR S.p.A., with Adriana Polveroni as Artistic Director, this edition will also feature a section curated by Pier Paolo Pancotto.

Following last year’s success, which attracted over 38,000 visitors and received positive feedback from critics and the public alike, the sixth edition once again stands out for its artistic and cultural programme, offering an engaging, shared experience and a unique event for all art enthusiasts.

With around 140 participating Italian and international galleries, the fair, set against the exceptional backdrop of Fuksas’ Nuvola, provides not only an opportunity for engagement and dialogue with the public but also aims to expand its horizons further, embracing some of today’s most relevant and influential artistic movements.

Germany is the Guest Country of this edition, with a project curated by Gregor Jansen and Julia Apitzsch and developed in collaboration with the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Italy.

Building on its ability to foster collaboration while maintaining its distinctive identity, the sixth edition confirms significant partnerships with public institutions, which play an active role in shaping the fair’s artistic and cultural programme. These include the Italian Ministry of Culture, with the special participation of some of its most prominent museums and cultural institutions, as well as the Lazio Region and Roma Capitale.

Among this year’s special projects, the fair pays tribute to Corrado Cagli on the 50th anniversary of the artist’s death, with a project developed in collaboration with the Corrado Cagli Archive, bringing together a selection of sculptures and several previously unseen paper masks.

The programme will be further enriched by a series of important new features, to be announced in the coming months, which will make this edition even more varied and engaging.

Roma Arte in Nuvola is a major event for collectors, curators, artists, art professionals and the wider public alike. Talks, exhibitions, installations and performances define the identity of this sixth edition, offering a comprehensive, high-quality programme spanning modern art and the latest avant-garde movements.

The press conference presenting Roma Arte in Nuvola 2026 will take place on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, at 11:30 a.m., in the Hall of the Temple of Vibia Sabina and Hadrian at the Rome Chamber of Commerce.
