Great modern and contemporary art returns to Rome with "Roma Arte in Nuvola” from 14 to 17 May 2020. The fair will be held in the beautiful setting of the Rome Convention Center "La Nuvola" a spectacular building recently designed by world renowned architect, Massimiliano Fuksas.

An ambitious project that aims to fill a void on the Roman art scene and to become the reference hub for art collecting in Central and Southern Italy, thanks to the curatorship of art historian Kosme de Barañano and the direction of Alessandro Nicosia, an expert in the organization of cultural events for over 30 years.

Art Media will be represented, from painting to installations, from sculpture to the performing arts, from video-art to digital art, as well as street-art, bringing together the most important and renowned Italian and international galleries.

La Nuvola di Fuskas

The Fair will be held at the Rome Convention Center La Nuvola, an international conference facility that is of strategic importance for both the city and the country, designed by Massimiliano Fuksas for Eur SpA. It is an extremely flexible structure, adopting an eco-friendly approach and technologically advanced solutions.
In an area dominated by the architectural rationalism of the 1930s and '40s, it is just a few kilometres from the airports and railway stations, with which it is well connected by an extensive local transport system, and just 5 Metro stations from the historic centre of Rome, in a district that offers a huge range of overnight accommodation, entertainment and leisure activities, all within easy reach on foot.

The facility covers 58,500 sqm and is subdivided into 3 large areas: the Teca, the Nuvola and the Lama.
